Our helmet-mounted device enables users to drop precise GPS coordinates and navigate to them seamlessly. With a simple, silent interface, operators can mark key locations in real time—whether it’s an objective, rally point, or hazard.
The system also allows users to drop waypoints in succession, creating planned pathways for precise navigation and team coordination. This feature enables operators to map out safe routes, mark key checkpoints, or guide teams through complex terrain. This feature will be available at launch in a limited form, which will then be expanded upon to integrate with even more platforms.
The helmet-mounted device enables silent communication and real-time spotting, allowing users to relay critical information without speaking. By dropping pings and marking locations, operators can highlight threats, objectives, or points of interest instantly, ensuring seamless coordination in high-risk environments. The system provides visual and navigational cues to teammates, reducing radio chatter and maintaining operational security.
Our device is a game-changer for law enforcement and search and rescue operations, enabling teams to silently coordinate, mark locations, and navigate with precision. Officers can spot and share suspect locations, establish perimeters, and track movements without verbal communication, enhancing tactical efficiency and officer safety. SAR teams can drop GPS markers for last-known positions, hazards, or cleared areas, streamlining rescue efforts in challenging environments. When radio chatter becomes overwhelming or unreliable, the system provides a clear, non-verbal communication method, ensuring critical information is received without interference. With real-time way-pointing and hands-free navigation, this technology enhances coordination, reduces confusion, and ensures greater mission success in life-critical situations.
Our helmet-mounted device integrates with drones to enhance communication between aerial and ground teams. Drones can drop GPS waypoints for people on the ground, this seamless integration allows for real-time updates and strategic direction, with drones acting as an overhead resource to help ground teams navigate complex environments. This feature will be available upon the completion of a central unit communications hub device.
Behner Systems’ helmet-mounted device enhances air support and airstrike call-in capabilities, enabling users to mark targets and call for air support with pinpoint precision. By dropping GPS coordinates directly into the system, ground operators can quickly relay real-time target locations to aircraft for immediate support. This allows for faster response times and more accurate strikes, reducing collateral damage and improving mission success. The system’s silent, non-verbal communication ensures that critical airstrike requests are made without overwhelming radio chatter, allowing for seamless coordination between ground teams and air support. This feature will be able to be used upon launch in a limited form until testing and integration with current systems can be conducted.
We at Behner Systems are proud to announce that our prototype is currently 25% complete. With our first version of the visual interface completely functional and base operating software installed, we have moved onto our current phase of installing and integrating the onboard GPS unit.
